I hear all the things you’ve had to sort out in order to give yourself the days in the training room… managing the emotional experience of the family system and how torn you feel at times wanting to be in two places at once… with them and doing something for just you… Plus all the organising, the clean uniforms and supplies, the lunches, the drop offs and pick ups and crossing of fingers that it all runs smoothly… sometimes it feels like you have moved heaven and earth to be in the room with us.
I see all the things you’re holding, and figuring out, for everyone. And the relief when you can sit down and enjoy a cuppa when you arrive for the training day ahead, and take some time for you (even though you’re still hoping it all runs smoothly and everyone’s ok and wondering what you’re gonna come home to!)
I hear and I see who you are in the spaces in between and around all it means for you to be a mum too.
With warmth,
Amy
