My business isn’t just a business…
It’s a community, a safe haven, an incubator, a playground, a portal to abundant possibilities, a garden of blossoming friendships and more…
I don’t always make ‘business’ decisions. If I did I’d probably be more profitable and build wealth faster. While I absolutely ensure my business is sustainable, I’m not in business to make the most money in the shortest amount of time.
I started a business to make a good living doing good work that helps people and is important to me… and that’s the kind of people I work with mostly too.
A lot of my decisions come from a series of additional hats I’m wearing to my Business Hat – Human Hat, Trainer Hat, Artist Hat etc.
These additional hats prioritise other things over business…

What’s best for someone’s learning experience and giving people the depth and quality of learning experiences they need to truly transform and develop real skills over giving people a quick state change and information about a subject – I care about what people can do after their time with me.
Commitment to preserving the integrity of my craft.
I have refused perfectly good money from people who weren’t the right fit and from profitable opportunities that were not aligned.
I have driven my business coaches crazy at times by prioritising non business things, not wanting to scale or go digital. I’m cool with that.
The kind of NLP I teach can be utilised online but CAN NOT be taught well online. It just doesn’t translate and a lot of the magic is lost. Anyone who trains with me really gets that. Embodied training relies on me to show up and deliver it in person over several months… and I’m ok with that… because I LOVE doing the work and I LOVE the magical results people get from a full body experience of NLP.
Fast, easy, bigger, more isn’t necessarily better or best.
And some things are more important than business.
