For close to a decade I have been exploring, learning and experimenting with NLP. I’ve trained extensively in both Australia and Europe with some of the worlds most acclaimed NLP Trainers including James Tsakalos, Marvin Oka and Dr Christina Hall.

- Accelerated Learning: Join the likes of Silicon Valley execs and US special forces and hack your consciousness to access flow states that amplify focus, muscle reaction time and pattern recognition eg. become faster, stronger, smarter, more creative. This is an optimal state for accelerated learning and can be applied to study and exam preparation.
- Teams that flow together... Utilise flow states to increase social bonding, creativity, collaboration and cooperation in groups of people. A must have skillset for management and leadership and any team. Great for sports, school band, drama, dance etc
- Flow for a change: Have flow states happen automatically in a particular context and utilise flow states to change an undesirable response.
- High Performance strategies: Utilise healthy feedback strategies to stop beating yourself up while continually levelling up your performance
- Problem Solving strategies: Learn goal setting and problem solving strategies to ensure success
- Growth Mindset & Resilience: Develop a growth mindset to thrive in adversity
- Stress Management: Reduce stress, increase energy levels and prevent burnout
- Biofeedback: Learn how you can directly influence your health, wellbeing and resilience in real time via biofeedback technology from Muse and the Heart Math Institute
