Imagine someone coming along and accusing you of sabotage…plotting to undermine you. What kind of relationship dynamic is that?
If you notice you’re doing or not doing a behaviour that seems out of alignment with what you really want, invite curiosity instead of judgement, and ask yourself what is the positive intention behind my behaviour. Acknowledge and appreciate it as a first step towards a good relationship with yourself.
